Housing Reservation Deadline
Please register and submit your housing request by Friday, August 15th. If you are unable to attend the meeting and need to cancel your registration or housing please email [email protected] by Monday, September 8th. If you do not cancel your hotel reservation 48 hours ahead of your arrival date, you will be responsible for one night's room and tax fees.
