Code Of Business Conduct

NACS believes in an environment where all attendees and employees are treated with dignity and respect. NACS is committed to creating such an environment because it brings out the full potential in each of us, which, in turn, contributes directly to the success and betterment of our industry. NACS is committed to hosting events that are free of discrimination and from abusive, offensive or harassing behavior.

NACS therefore expressly prohibits at or in connection with any NACS sponsored events any offensive behavior including use of offensive language and any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, color, sex, religion, ancestry, national origin, marital status, familial status, age, pregnancy, child birth or related medical conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, veteran status, disability (physical or mental), or any other characteristic or status protected by law.

Any violation of the NACS Event Code of Business Conduct may result in removal from the current NACS Event and loss of the privilege to attend future NACS events.

Consent For The Use Of Photographic Images

By attending any NACS event, in-person or virtually, you consent to the use of your image and/or name by NACS in/on any registered publication, broadcast, cable media, website, or social media outlet without charge or obligation.

Be Well Agreement

Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By attending this event, I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and agree to not hold NACS or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or sponsored venues liable for illness. I will take necessary precautions while at the event as recommended at that time by federal, state and local health authorities. I agree to not attend any NACS event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.

We are going to talk about NACS’ political engagement programs during the Industry Update Luncheon. All attendees must be a current Friends of NACS member. By registering for this event, you accept NACS' offer to become a Friend of NACS.
