Housing Reservation Deadline
Please register and submit your housing request by Friday, August 16th unable to attend the meeting and need to cancel your registration or housing please email [email protected] by Wednesday, September 4th. If you do not cancel your hotel reservation 72 hours ahead of your arrival date, you will be responsible for one night's room and tax fees.
Hotel reservation confirmations will be sent about one (1) week prior to check-in.
