All transactions are in Euros. Your payment card will be charged in the event currency €Euro at the exchange rate set by your financial institution on the date of processing.  Check here for current exchange rates. Registration fees do not include accommodations or travel expenses
REGISTRATION CHANGES / SUBSTITUTIONS
If any of the above information is incorrect or you want to make a change/substitution, please submit your revisions in writing to [email protected] as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations must be emailed to [email protected]. All cancellations received on or before Tuesday, 19 May 2026 will be assessed a €135 administrative fee. After 19 May, the full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited. Transfer of registration to another person within your company for the same event can be done at any time without penalty.
Photographic Consent
By attending any NACS event, you consent to the use of your image and/or name by NACS in/on any registered publication, video, broadcast, cable media, website or social media outlet without charge or obligation.
